At 1 Hotel South Beach, we're seeking a charismatic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Hostperson for our rooftop Japanese restaurant, WATR. As a brand ambassador, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

This is a critical role that requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. As a Lead Hostperson, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and will set the tone for their dining experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

• Greet guests and manage reservations with a smile
• Provide exceptional service and create a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Manage the front-of-house operations, including managing staff and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
