At Mountain Ridge Center - Franklin, NH, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the nursing center, ensuring high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Mentor and educate nursing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis HealthCare.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience, or Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience, or BSN, 2 years of nursing experience.
- Successful nurse leadership experience for a minimum of one year.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
