Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in critical, non-critical, and chronically ill conditions.
  • Perform various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures, including airway management, ventilator management, and oxygen delivery.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans to meet individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Current RCP License in the state of employment.
  • CRT certification through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 2-3 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting.

Work Schedule:

7PM - 7AM, Part-time schedule available.
