Education Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education Liaison. This part-time role will play a vital part in creating a positive workplace culture for employees and a happy, productive, and welcoming environment for our club members.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate academic programming daily for youth (grades K-7).
- Follow a day-to-day program schedule created by our Academic Success Manager to meet the needs of Club members.
- Conduct academic programs during allocated times provided by the Club Director.
- Coordinate volunteers and partnerships with our Academic Success Manager to support academic needs.
- Participate in Club staff meetings, sharing educational ideas and activities created by the Academic Success Manager.
- Valid teaching certificate required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability in working with young people and parents.
- Proven enthusiastic, positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal and relational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products, Outlook, and internet navigation.
- Valid driver's license.
- First Aid & CPR Certification or the ability to obtain these certifications.
- Experience as a youth development professional.
- Part-time role
- $24 hourly rate
