Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with technical maintenance activities, including electrical, electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization, as well as knowledge of all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems.
  • EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
