The Perioperative Registered Nurse is a vital member of our team at USPI, providing high-quality patient care in the perioperative services. This role requires a strong understanding of surgical procedures and the ability to manage the surgical patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care using the nursing process and medical plan of care.
- Support the mission, vision, and values of USPI.
- Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in PreOP/PACU.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
- Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
