Janitor - Xperience XRG

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or needs for repairs.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and comply with policies.
• Ability to read and interpret written information, write clear statements, and communicate orally.
• Must be able to perform physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and demonstrate professionalism.
• Must be able to manage time efficiently and work individually as well as within a team.

• Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.

• Fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
