Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments to residents, documenting all interactions and effects.
- Record and store medications in a safe and secure manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the planning and conducting of in-service training classes for caregivers, including on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the highest level of care and service for our residents.
- Graduate of an approved school for Licensed Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing.
- Current, valid LPN license in the State of Arizona.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- CPR/First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and current TB test required.
- Previous experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Must be flexible and have a desire to communicate and work with seniors.
- Must be motivated, self-starter, with a passion for serving seniors.
