Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will work closely with our senior staff and management team to resolve client issues and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial needs.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our financial products and services, including investment options, retirement plans, and other financial solutions.
  • Account Research: Conduct thorough research on client accounts and transactions to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and provide documentation on client activities.
  • Form Completion: Assist clients with completing investment forms, transferring funds, and completing distributions.
  • Document Support: Provide support with tax documents, trade confirmations, and monthly investment statements.
  • Digital Investment Platform: Act as a priority contact for assisting clients with questions regarding the Digital Investment platform.
  • Investment Opportunities: Refer investment opportunities to our internal Client Advisory Center when aligned with clients' financial needs.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for our clients, balancing risk while meeting their financial needs.
  • Industry Regulations: Maintain knowledge of industry regulations related to products and continuing education requirements required by FINRA.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:




  • Intermediate Proficiency: Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications.
  • Call Center Experience: Possess previous call center experience or high volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Computer Applications: Exhibit experience using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Technology Comfort: Be comfortable and fluent with technology and digital applications.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:




  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant banking or business field.
  • Investment Industry Knowledge: Have investment industry knowledge and/or experience.
  • FINRA Certifications: Hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 certifications.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
