LPN Staff Position Overview

Southcoast Health System is seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and patient teaching.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to update and access patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent.
  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working with EHRs and in a related healthcare setting.
