Salary:

$64,000 - $79,000 per year (approximate)


Our CDL-A drivers can earn up to $0.60 CPM base pay, plus an additional $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus, for a total of up to $0.64 CPM. Teams can earn up to $0.75 CPM base pay, plus an additional $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus, for a total of up to $0.79 CPM. With our long OTR average length of haul, longer for teams, you'll have more time on the road earning and less time waiting at shippers.

Job Description:
Paschall Truck Lines is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our long haul trucking division. As a driver with our company, you'll be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country, while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a valid CDL-A license, a minimum of 6 months of experience, and a good driving record. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as well as communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
