Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience.
  • Knowledge of business principles, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and deal with customer complaints.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The store is located in a busy retail area, and the Assistant Store Manager will be required to work in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures and occasional noise.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing manual tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
