Job Title: Traveling Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary:

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Traveling Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit to join our team. As a Traveling RN - PCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and track changes in patients' conditions and report this information to the doctor heading the treatment team.
  • Perform minor bedside procedures, such as IV or catheterization.
  • Provide wound care and change dressings as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
