Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
- Provide psychotherapy services while monitoring and enhancing patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing platforms.

Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality behavioral health care and staying current with evidence-based treatments.
- Experience or interest in providing group therapy.
- A desire to develop or focus on a specific area of psychotherapy and grow professionally.
- A commitment to working in an organization that values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- A current and active California license to practice as an independent clinical psychologist/psychotherapist (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy to diverse adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with experience in teletherapy a plus.
- Recent clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy (within the past two years).
- Training and experience in utilizing current evidence-based modalities of psychotherapy (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).
- For psychologists, completion of an APA-Accredited Doctoral Program, Internship, or Postdoctoral Program.
