Job Description: As a Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for a specific patient population and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans with healthcare professionals
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Lead preceptorship and committee work

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required
  • Experience in operating room setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
