Master's Level Licensed Clinician Opportunity

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Master's Level, Licensed or Licensed Eligible Clinician to join our dynamic outpatient team in the Springfield, MA area. Our team culture is built on validation and accountability, with a focus on person-centered, trauma-informed, and harm reduction-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in need.
  • Collaborate with our on-site clinical leadership team, prescriber services, nursing, and access to referrals for other levels of care within CHD and the surrounding community partners.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and group supervision to support team continuity and growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
  • Licensed or License eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.), LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Ability to drive and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a flexible schedule.
