Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Residency Program participant to join our team at Prisma Health. As a new grad nurse with less than one year of nursing experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic clinical environment.

About the Role:
The Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with a solid foundation to launch their nursing career. You will work under the direct supervision of experienced licensed RNs, refining your nursing knowledge and skills while participating in professional development workshops and peer support groups. Your responsibilities will include attending quality and core curriculum classes, successfully completing all clinical competencies and validation requirements, and managing clinical situations assigned to you by your supervisor.

Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution/program recognized by the U.S. State Board of Nursing. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. You must also be currently enrolled or have authorization to test for the NCLEX-RN exam and plan to complete it within a reasonable timeframe. In lieu of RN licensure upon hire, a temporary license/Graduate Nurse licensure may be accepted upon receipt of diploma, authorization to test, and NCLEX testing date.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive salary and benefits package reflect our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
