Janitorial Specialist

At Interstate Building MTC, Inc., we are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team. As a fast-growing national janitorial and maintenance company, we pride ourselves on creating healthy and safe environments for our clients across North America.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work in one of our client's sites, responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Candidate must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be willing to submit to a background check.
