  • Participate in planning sessions with project leaders to develop a detailed project timeline.
  • Engage with clients and vendors to finalize project schedules and obtain necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Ensure all prerequisites are met prior to project initiation.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding project timelines and coordination efforts.
  • Maintain and update project schedules using Excel, employing advanced functions such as V-Lookups and Pivot tables.
  • Monitor project milestones and collaborate with site owners and vendors to ensure timely progress.
  • Generate Project Orders for sites affected by incidents or technical issues and escalate as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple locations.
