Program Director - AI Delivery and Strategy: We're seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead our AI delivery and strategy efforts at Writer. As an expert in complex program management, you will oversee the delivery of SaaS and enterprise AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers. Your experience in change management, customer success, and technical knowledge of LLMs and Graph RAG will drive successful adoption of our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key programs and projects.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate potential risks that could impact customer adoption.

Requirements: A strong background in complex program and project management, delivering SaaS and/or enterprise AI solutions. Experience in change management, customer success, and technical knowledge of LLMs and Graph RAG is essential.
