About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level II. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical programs, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that all services meet high-quality standards.

Salary: $25.00-$26.00/hourly

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental delays. They will also possess excellent clinical and leadership skills, be fluent with all Microsoft Office programs, and have a self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in homes (studio apt. housing project, etc.) of families with limited resources, demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with Clients, family members, and agency's staff, and form formal staff training including didactic and in-vivo. Responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload to meet set billable services, including providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month, ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations, and providing an accurate utilization report to supervisor of caseload monthly.
- Manage a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including managing a minimum of 980 hours, individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings, monitoring Client progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress, interventions, and outcomes, consulting with case Provider on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjusting, and providing feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.
- Supervise a team of behavior technicians, including providing ongoing training, guidance, and support, providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks (timesheet submission, etc.) direct therapy, and parent training skills, and providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.
- Complete reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including written data-drive program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period, submitted prior to the deadlines indicated by the Supervisor.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
- Ensure that the company's 'zero tolerance policy' is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
- Ensure that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) compliance is understood and reinforced in the region.
- Implement Client behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Comply with all Mandated Reporting Laws and Regulations.
