Position Overview:

Parsons is seeking a talented Platform Integration Solutions Specialist to become a vital part of our Defense & Space Engineering Solutions (DSES) Technology Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather objectives, identify challenges, and create innovative solutions that address mission requirements.
  • Support organization-wide growth strategies aimed at enhancing service differentiation, competitiveness, and thought leadership within the industry.
  • Investigate and comprehend technological advancements in ground, maritime, and airborne platform system architectures, including EO/IR Systems Integration and Directed Energy weapon integration, systems engineering, digital engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other specialized engineering fields to design, develop, and support integrated solutions for DoD clients.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and architects to determine the best methodologies, tools, and architectures for developing innovative, integrated, and comprehensive technical and non-technical solutions.
  • Create technical documentation for proposals, white papers, and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences.
  • Conduct product and capability demonstrations for clients and industry partners as necessary.
  • Provide technical insights and mission perspectives to inform sector and corporate strategies and investments.
  • Conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead to significant results.
  • Collaborate with other SMEs and architects to define system design and technology maturity constraints in line with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design, and define implementation approaches and operational concepts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security clearance, with the capability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven track record in developing system architectures and designs for the integration of advanced technologies into ground, maritime, and/or airborne platforms.
  • Ability to effectively communicate system performance and capabilities within integrated platforms in technical proposals.
  • Familiarity with military vehicle open systems architectures (e.g., MOSA / SOSA, VICORY, etc.) and the ability to develop system architectures in compliance with these standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in System-Level Requirements analysis, derivation, flowdown, and traceability, along with system design and development to meet requirements.
  • Experience conducting trade studies to optimize solutions for performance within platform constraints (SWAP-C, RAM-C, etc.).
  • Proven experience in developing and solutioning for successful proposals for new and re-compete pursuits, capture activities, and proposal efforts with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Must have participated in and contributed as a Solutions Architect to the technical and/or Management Volumes of large proposals for the Federal Government.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end acquisition lifecycle solutioning for various acquisition types, including (but not limited to) FSA FEDSIM, IAC-MAC, GSA OASIS, and other DoD acquisition vehicles.
  • Experience working directly with clients to assess needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, and other materials), with exceptional communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details from SMEs and integrate relevant aspects into a cohesive solution, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in technical discussions.
  • Awareness or expertise in technologies and frameworks including (but not limited to) systems engineering & integration, agile development, DevSecOps, software architecture, cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
  • Leadership skills to manage, guide, and influence cross-functional teams and P&L teams in proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills with experience engaging with executive and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Proven ability to establish a compelling vision, create frameworks, and build teams for successful project delivery.
  • Extensive experience in engaging clients and driving effective solutions.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Experience leading teams across various organizations and disciplines.

Compensation:

$165,000 - $310,000.00
