Justice Resource Institute operates a residential treatment facility for adolescents, focusing on trauma-informed care.

We provide comprehensive 24-hour care, which includes an on-site educational program, a full clinical team, nursing personnel, and direct care staff.


Compensation:
$65,000 - $67,000
Flexible scheduling options available to promote work-life balance. Opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, with Part-Time requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts LPN license
Experience in residential or mental health programs preferred; familiarity with specialized adolescent populations is advantageous.
Must maintain a valid driver's license, as student transportation is part of the role.
Availability for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts as necessary.
At JRI, you will learn to implement physical interventions and verbal de-escalation techniques to ensure the safest therapeutic environment for our students.
Background checks and driving record evaluations will be conducted.
