Position Summary:

Midas Hospitality is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our property. This role is crucial for ensuring the upkeep of the hotel facilities and surrounding grounds. The technician will be tasked with performing essential repairs and executing preventive maintenance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the hotel.
  • Implement a Preventative Maintenance Program for guest rooms, ensuring compliance with standards and accurate documentation.
  • Utilize maintenance supplies efficiently while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Address maintenance requests from various departments.
  • Perform pool chemical testing as required.
  • Keep storerooms organized and clean.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Relevant certifications, such as HVAC, are advantageous.
