  • Assist in Tax Planning and Compliance: You will assist in tax planning and compliance processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Team: You will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and timely submissions, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Stay Updated on Tax Laws: You will stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulatory changes, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Public Accounting Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience, preferably from smaller firms.
  • CPA or EA Certification: While not required, CPA or EA certification is preferred.
  • Location: You must be within a 1-hour commute of Glendale, CA.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 plus overtime.
  • Insurance: 100% insurance coverage, including family members at their own cost.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance: We offer dental and vision insurance to our employees.
  • Life Insurance: We offer a $50,000 life insurance policy.
  • PTO and Holidays: You will receive 2 weeks PTO to start, plus sick leave, and 10-12 holidays per year.
  • 401(k) Match: We offer a 4% 401(k) match.
