Our convenience store and gas station become a central hub for the community, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a lively environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
  • Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
  • Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of the coffee station, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
  • Assist with inventory processes, ensuring the store is well-equipped for customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states) and able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable, positive, and detail-oriented, with a knack for making people feel welcome.
  • Reliable and responsible, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.
