About the Role

The Food Service Expert plays a crucial role in providing a fresh, full, and food-safe shopping experience for our guests. This position requires expertise in food service operations, process efficiency, and food safety. As a Food Service Expert, you will be responsible for executing food and beverage processes, maintaining food safety standards, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, prioritizing their needs over tasks.
  • Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and stocking.
  • Maintain food safety standards and uphold brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items and complete cleaning tasks in the food service space.
  • Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
  • Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
