At Mercy, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Primary Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work closely with Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $5,000 hiring incentive to support your growth and development. Our nurses enjoy a range of benefits, including tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education, health/dental/vision available after day one, paid parental leave, 401k with employer match, and paid PTO for volunteering.

This full-time position involves working Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays, and requires completing three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, you will have the option to work from home part-time and be required to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 days per week.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An active RN license, Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a primary care setting
