Job Description

Fairway Management's Facilities Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily resident work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed
  • Preform quarterly preventative maintenance checks on appliances and systems
  • Be available for on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for business use
