Job Summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join our team. As a Phlebotomist I, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing by labeling, centrifuging, and packaging specimens.
  • Maintain accurate records of blood sample collection, including patient information and sample details.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards for blood sample collection and handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
