As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of refrigeration systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting on various commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with our company standards.
  • Maintaining professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, management, and dispatch teams.
  • Upholding honesty and integrity in all dealings.
  • Building rapport with customers to accurately assess their needs for products, parts, and services.
  • Identifying opportunities for replacing aging or inefficient equipment.
  • Managing inventory and ordering necessary parts through our online system.
  • Ensuring timely completion of assigned work orders.
  • Adhering to safety protocols while performing tasks.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to address after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in refrigeration repair.
  • Extensive knowledge of various refrigeration equipment.
  • CFESA certification is a plus.
  • Proven skills in refrigeration repair.
  • Universal CFC recovery certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with computer tablets.
  • A positive attitude, organizational skills, and high energy levels.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a company drug test and background check.
  • Good personal appearance and the physical capability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • An engaging personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • On-call duties and weekend availability may be required.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience, and eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus after successfully completing the onboarding process.
