Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Closing Specialist to join our team at Landtrust Title. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of real estate closings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review all necessary documents for closing, including title commitments and mortgage payoffs.
  • Enter closing figures, balance files, and ensure proper disbursement of funds.
  • Manage real estate closings, including attending and coordinating with attorneys and lenders.
  • Review and collect title clearance, and transmit payoff funds accurately.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience handling escrow transactions.
  • Experience in the title industry, with a strong understanding of real estate specific documents.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
