Job Summary

Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform documented inspections to verify conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and project quality plans in accordance with customer and Flowserve specifications and international standards.
  • Define, advise, and control all project-required quality control documents.
  • Review and verify internal and external qualifications of suppliers, welders, and NDE personnel.
  • Prepare and define test and inspection requirements for projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Metrology experience.
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment commonly found in machining, assembly, and test operations.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical, and positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Effective utilization of CMMs.
  • Knowledge of welding, NDE, and quality systems.
  • Knowledge of established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities.
