Key Responsibilities:- Assemble boat parts, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all parts meet our standards
- Maintain machines and tools in optimal working condition
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve project goals
- Previous experience working with hand tools and machinery
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
