Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assemble intricate devices using hand and power tools, adhering to strict inspection standards
  • Set up workstations for assembly operations and perform tasks with high precision and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and participate in continuous improvement processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Excellent manual dexterity and visual attention skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to interact with colleagues and management
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as CAD design and product lifecycle management systems
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
