Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software testing efforts for an Agile Product Team.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans to ensure software quality and identify defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior testers, providing guidance on best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • DoD m-IAT Level II Certification required within 6 months of commencing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
  • 4+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with automated test platforms, such as Selenium.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with peers and senior personnel.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
