Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CHRISTUS Health standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- BLS required.
