Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Attendant to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
- Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies using proper storing techniques to maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen.
- Maintain proper chemical amounts and temperatures for the dish machine and sinks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct closedown procedures, including sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is turned off and storage areas are locked.
Requirements:
- No educational requirement.
- No experience necessary; a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
