Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate Caregivers / PCAs / CNAs to provide essential care to our residents in a nurturing and enjoyable environment.

We have openings for various shifts: 1st shift (7am to 3pm), 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am).


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
- Follow the care schedule established by the supervisor to meet residents' needs.
- Provide emotional and social support to enhance residents' well-being.
- Maintain a daily log of assistance provided.
- Report any resident concerns or issues to the supervisor.
- Uphold the independence and dignity of each resident while respecting their confidentiality.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a senior living environment.
- Required PCA or CNA certification.
- Previous caregiving experience is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
