The Outpatient Services division focuses on holistic treatment for individuals facing mental health challenges or substance use disorders. Our innovative Stepping Stones program is designed for adolescents and young adults, providing therapeutic support in a nurturing environment.
This structured program addresses a variety of mental health issues, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Panic Disorder
- Bipolar Disorders
- Schizoaffective Disorders
- Chemical Dependency
- Dual Diagnosis
Participants can engage in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), with flexible scheduling options to accommodate their needs.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong leadership abilities to coordinate medical and non-medical tasks effectively.
- A compassionate demeanor with a commitment to high-quality clinical care.
- Knowledge of treatment procedures and interventions relevant to mental health.
- Familiarity with psychiatric terminology and psychotropic medications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills for facilitating group sessions.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess a current California RN License. We value individuals who bring passion and empathy to their work.
Experience in a mental healthcare setting is highly desirable, as it enhances our ability to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
