Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing both client and dealership vehicles while fostering a positive rapport with customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Consult with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Communicate additional service needs to the service advisor
  • Coordinate work procedures with the shop foreman
  • Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor
  • Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Document client repairs accurately
  • Assist in training and mentoring technician trainees
  • Participate in company and manufacturer training sessions
  • Stay updated with factory technical bulletins
