Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized therapeutic massage and bodywork based on individual guest requirements.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program.
- Current registration and good standing as a massage therapist.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a massage therapy setting is preferred.
Work Environment
This position may require working extended hours or weekends during peak business periods. The role is set in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions with guests and team members. Outdoor work may be necessary in varying weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, reach, and perform various physical activities. The ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds is necessary. Vision capabilities must include close vision and depth perception.
