Job Title: Real Estate Listing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive listing coordinator to play a key role on our team. As a listing coordinator, you will work closely with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information, and research comparable properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and required paperwork
  • Gather listing information including property photos, comparative market analysis, and MLS research
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs for listed homes
  • Presentation of progress reports to the real estate team, including sales activity in the client database and its relation to company goals

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly

This position requires excellent customer service skills, previous experience in real estate or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
