Staff Nurse Opportunity at Jefferson Health

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the mission of improving lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care, adhering to nursing scope of practice and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Participate in clinical pathways and care coordination, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients, completing required documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 7a-7:30p shifts, every 3rd weekend, 24 hours per week.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • State-issued RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Conditions of Employment:

Covid vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson Health for employees working at our clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
