About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual who can lead a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales targets. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and that customers receive the best possible experience in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee and provide leadership and support to team members with customer queries, emails, and other customer-related tasks
  • Work in partnership with the specialist customer experience team to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support
  • Be an expert ambassador for the brand, with a deep knowledge of the product and the ability to inspire customers and team members alike
  • Commercially driven, you will work with pace to ensure that the product is showcased well at all times, and that the best-selling products are prominently displayed to customers
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store, including team deployment and ensuring that the store is set up for success each day
  • Work in conjunction with the management team to enable the store to exceed its targets and KPIs
  • Proactively manage people matters, including return to work interviews, investigations, performance/attendance management, and reviews
  • Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently, setting the store up for success each day
