Salary
$21.76-$27.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform snow removal tasks as required.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
3. Load and unload products from/to trucks and railcars, and transport materials as needed.
4. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
5. Operate a forklift and skid steer (training provided).
6. Assist with plant outages (shutdowns).
7. Help establish a culture of safety among team members.
8. Fill in on shift operations jobs as needed.
9. Assist with all production operations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements
1. Must meet the age requirement.
2. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Considerable periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs, and climbing ladders.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in noisy, dusty conditions.
5. Willingness to work at heights up to 120 feet.
