KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Conduct thorough root cause investigations of equipment failures and spearhead the implementation of effective corrective measures.

•Develop and facilitate analytical methodologies to assess the reliability of machinery and components.

•Oversee the execution and efficiency of preventive maintenance programs, identifying areas for improvement and enacting necessary changes.

•Provide leadership and technical expertise to foster a proactive maintenance culture.

•Design and implement modifications to equipment aimed at enhancing reliability, productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

•Participate in daily operational meetings to promote continuous improvement and adherence to productivity objectives.

•Create and deliver training initiatives for maintenance staff.

•Establish and monitor reliability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and progress (e.g., PM, CM Ratio, MTBF, MTTR).

•Reverse engineer existing components and systems to boost reliability.

•Assist maintenance teams in executing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and identify improvement opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of 3 years in Engineering or a comparable technical field is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with AC and DC variable speed drives.
  • Knowledge of low and high voltage AC/DC circuits.
  • Experience with Fanuc robotics and robotic systems is advantageous.
  • Understanding of PFMEA, RCFA, Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, SPC, CMS, and standardized work instructions is a plus.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and compliance with regulations is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours as project demands dictate, including weekends and holidays.

  • Hands-on problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design applications.
