At Labelmaster, we're seeking a skilled Hazmat Compliance Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic world of hazmat compliance.

The estimated salary for this position is $22.63 - $27.44 per hour, plus commission based on performance. Our comprehensive training program is paid, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell and communicate with assigned customers, leveraging your friendly personality to assist them with their hazmat shipping needs and grow their accounts. You'll pre-plan call strategy, structure call blocks to maximize sell time, meet or exceed call metrics, source new sales opportunities via outbound calls, and keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer news, and government regulations tied to product lines.

To excel in this role, you'll need 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably as an inside sales account representative or manager. Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows, and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essential. Additionally, you should be able to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal systems.
