Position Overview

Are you a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Manager, or Medical Referral Coordinator aiming to shift into a role centered on sales and relationship management? Infusion For Health is on the lookout for a motivated Healthcare Provider Relationship Specialist to cultivate and manage connections with physician practices, thereby enhancing our patient referral network. This role will involve supporting our Specialty Pharmacy Account Director in increasing referral volumes for our specialty pharmacy.

This full-time, hybrid position allows you to utilize your healthcare expertise to inform physicians and their teams about our infusion services, build new partnerships, and assist referring practices. You will primarily operate in designated areas and focus on supporting clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with physician practices to comprehend their referral habits and advocate for Infusion For Health's services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices to boost patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to manage referrals, deliver training, and enhance communication with physician offices.
  • Track and improve the performance of practices, documenting achievements and reporting results to management.
  • Work in tandem with marketing and operational teams to enhance engagement and community outreach.
  • Create and implement strategic action plans to meet growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Manager, or Medical Referral Coordinator is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare-related position, preferably with experience in sales or patient referrals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging and educating healthcare providers.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute strategic plans with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in direct collaboration with physicians and managing key accounts.
