As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) / Medical Technologist (MT), you will play a crucial role in a vibrant team, delivering top-notch healthcare services.

You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to improving patient outcomes through precise and efficient laboratory testing.


Key Responsibilities:
As an MLT / MT, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting a variety of complex laboratory tests for diagnostic purposes, including both routine and specialized analyses.
  • Operating and maintaining laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Following laboratory protocols and quality standards to guarantee the reliability of test outcomes.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Engaging in continuous education and training programs to remain current with advancements in laboratory science.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and develop suitable treatment plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.
  • Participating in quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing activities to uphold the highest standards of laboratory practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Technologist (MT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory environment is required.
